| Singing
Tip #3: If your throat feels tight when you sing,
imagine you’re a “wide-mouth frog”. Speak with cartoony
voice which widens your throat under your jaw line, half-way
between your large lymph nodes and your chin. This “widening”
throat posture is useful in styles which require a rich,
warm, open sound.
Singing
Tip #4:
If
your voice “breaks” when you sing higher, try this trick:
place 3 fingers under your chin. Gently push your chin down
against your fingers as you sing higher. Should sound stronger
and less strainy.
